The villa features 4 bedrooms, including 3 twin rooms (two of which are en-suite, with shower) and another with a double bed, also en-suite with shower, ensuring ample space for a comfortable stay. Additionally, there is a well-appointed bathroom with a shower. The open-plan kitchen effortlessly blends with the adjoining living and dining spaces, offering a well-equipped environment to meet all your needs. Furnished with comfortable sofas, a television and a dining table, this area provides an ideal setting for indulging in your favourite shows or enjoying delightful meals with family and friends. Moving outdoors, the property boasts a heatable pool (pool heating available as an optional extra) surrounded by sun loungers, crafting a perfect haven for basking in the sun. Adding to the allure of this outdoor retreat is a brick barbecue and a dining table, elevating the enjoyment of al fresco dining. For an extra layer of entertainment, the villa includes a snooker table. With two parking spaces on the property, convenience is at your fingertips throughout your stay. The changeover day for this property is on Thursday (however, this may be flexible in low season). **If your flights are booked or your dates are fixed and these do not match the changeover day, please send an enquiry to confirm that they can be accepted before making a booking. ** Pool Heating will always be an upgrade for your holidays, especially when travelling with children. The temperature of the water when the pool heating is activated will always be between 5ºC and 8ºC higher than if there was no pool heating. Check-in schedule: from 16:00 to 00:00 Check-out schedule: 10:00 Minimum stay is 7 days or multiples of 7 (however this may be flexible in low season) Changeover day is on Thursday (however this may be flexible in low season) Breakage Deposit Groups: €200 per person (payable by credit card only) Booking handling, insurance and archive fee of 2,9% to be added on all payments: deposit / final balance / breakage deposit / airport transfer / extras / excursions. Prices up to 8 people. The 9th guest pays an additional rental amount which includes either an extra bed (for only €105 each, per week) or, in the case of small children (babies/toddlers), a cot (for only €21 each, per week). The administration cost for the alteration of dates is €150.***
