One of these features a comfortable double bed and an ensuite bathroom with a rejuvenating shower. Additionally, this bedroom offers direct access to the enticing outdoor area, where the inviting pool awaits. The remaining two bedrooms are thoughtfully equipped with twin beds each, seamlessly convertible into double beds, ensuring flexibility to meet your preferences. Immerse yourself in a stay where every detail has been carefully considered to enhance your overall experience. The property features a kitchen that has been recently renovated and is fully equipped with all the necessary utensils for your meal preparation. Moving forward, you'll find the dining room with a well-appointed dining table and chairs, offering a comfortable space to enjoy your meals. The living room is furnished with sofas and a television, providing a pleasant view and direct access to the front garden. Adding to the allure of our property, discover two additional well-appointed bathrooms seamlessly integrated into the interior of the house. Additionally, a fantastic covered porch enhances the ambiance, providing an inviting outdoor dining area adjacent to the barbecue. The changeover day for this property is on Thursday (however, this may be flexible in low season). **If your flights are booked or your dates are fixed and these do not match the changeover day, please send an enquiry to confirm that they can be accepted before making a booking. ** Pool Heating will always be an upgrade for your holidays, especially when travelling with children. The temperature of the water when the pool heating is activated will always be between 5ºC and 8ºC higher than if there was no pool heating. Check-in schedule: from 16:00 to 00:00 Check-out schedule: 10:00 Minimum stay is 7 days or multiples of 7 (however this may be flexible in low season) • Changeover day is on Thursday (however this may be flexible in low season) • Breakage Deposit Groups: €150 per person (payable by credit card only) • Booking handling, insurance and archive fee of 2,9% to be added on all payments: deposit/final balance/breakage deposit / airport transfer / extras / excursions. Prices up to 6 people. The 7th to the 9th persons pay an additional rental amount which includes either an extra bed (for only €105 each, per week) or, in the case of small children (babies/toddlers), a cot (for only €21 each, per week). The administration cost for the alteration of dates is €150.***
