Villa Laura is a modern and tastefully decorated 4-bedroom property with free internet Wi-Fi, located in a prime location in Albufeira, only a short distance from the Marina and only 5-minute drive from the beautiful golden beaches of "Peneco" and "São Rafael", this luxury holiday home is the perfect setting for a family holiday and includes a private swimming pool (heatable for an extra cost). This fantastic villa has 3 bedrooms on the first floor: 1 bedroom with one double bed (ensuite with shower) with walk in closet and 2 twin bedrooms that can be convertible into doubles. There is a bathroom with a bath on this floor and 2 amazing balconies, perfect to enjoy alfresco breakfasts or drinks. The kitchen, on the ground floor, is spacious and modern, fully equipped for home cooking, with dishwasher, a modern electric hob, oven, microwave, toaster, refrigerator, dishes & utensils, coffee machine, and kettle. On the ground floor you can also find 1 bedroom (ensuite with shower) with 2 single beds that can be converted into a double bed as well as a service toilet. The living / dining room is bright and spacious and invites you to lounge on the comfortable sofas and gaze out over the swimming pool with leading doors. In the lower floor you will be able to find the games room, with a pool table for fun days and memorable evenings together. You can also find a sofa for relaxation and a bathroom with a bath and a laundry room. Outside, a brick built barbeque allows for summer grilling and the wonderful patio invites you to relax and enjoy al fresco meals alongside the private swimming pool (heatable as an optional extra). Villa Laura is located a stone throw to the Marina of Albufeira where several cafés, bars, restaurants and a supermarket are located. A short drive (20-minute walk) into the Old Town of Albufeira and you’ll find a variety of amenities, as well as own and beautiful sandy beaches (with elevator access at Peneco beach). This wonderful holiday home benefits from free Wi-Fi and air-conditioning. Car hire is not necessary ,however if you wish to hire a car, we can help you with your request. **If your flights are booked or your dates are fixed and these do not match the changeover day, please send an enquiry to confirm that they can be accepted before making a booking. ** Pool Heating will always be an upgrade for your holidays, especially when travelling with children. The temperature of the water when the pool heating is activated will always be between 5ºC and 8ºC higher than if there was no pool heating. Check-in schedule: from 16:00 to 00:00 Check-out schedule: 10:00 Minimum stay is 7 days or multiples of 7 (however this may be flexible in low season) • The changeover day for this property is on Thursday (however this may be flexible in low season). • Groups – subject to approval with a breakage deposit in the amount of €250 per person. • Booking handling, insurance and archive fee of 2,9% to be added on all payments: deposit/final balance/breakage deposit / airport transfer / extras / excursions. Prices up to 8 people. It is possible to accommodate one more adult and 1 baby. The 9th and 10th person pays an additional rental amount which includes an extra bed e.g. Sofa-bed (only €140 each, per week) and in the case of small children (babies/toddlers), a cot (only €21 each, per week). The agency asks you to contact them a week before arrival to inform them of your plane/ship Nº and the arrival time to arrange key collection. We kindly ask you to phone us about your arrival time once you are at your destination. VAT included in the accommodation price. The administration cost for the alteration of dates is €150.***
