Villa Palancar Villa Palancar is a newly renovated villa, sleeping 22+4 guests, boasting 8 bedrooms and affording a prime location in the Montechoro area of Albufeira. Located in a quiet residential area, close to all amenities and within walking distance of a large variety of bars and restaurants, this wonderful villa with a private swimming pool, 2 jacuzzis, fire pit is sure to be an excellent choice for your holiday. On the ground floor, you'll find 4 bedrooms: a bedroom with a double bed and a double sofa bed, another bedroom with a double bed, a third bedroom with two single beds, and a fourth bedroom with four bunk beds with en-suite bathroom, with direct access to the garden. There are also two additional bathrooms with shower for your convenience. The open-plan design seamlessly blends the spacious living room into a multifunctional area with a double sofa bed, perfect for accommodating extra guests or larger groups. The room features an indoor dining table and chairs for shared meals prepared in the fully equipped kitchen, complete with an electric hob, microwave, oven, toaster, refrigerator, kettle, and dishwasher. Free Wi-Fi, washing machine and air conditioning are also provided for your convenience. Upstairs, the first floor features a bedroom with a bunk bed, two bedrooms with a double bed, one bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom with a shower base. The fantastic outdoor area is the highlight of the property, is a true oasis with an inviting private swimming pool, two poolside Jacuzzis on either side of the pool, provides the perfect spot to relax (pool heating and jacuzzi available as an optional extra). As al fresco dining is a must during warm evenings, you can enjoy meals with family and friends in the outdoor dining area where a built-in BBQ is on hand for preparing meals on the grill. A ping-pong and pool table are available for additional outdoor entertainment. There's also a cozy fire pit surrounded by an olive tree, perfect for evening gatherings. Villa Palancar is just a few steps away from the street that leads onto The Strip, known for its great selection of bars, clubs and restaurants. At the end of the Strip (2km from the villa) is the famous Praia d’Oura beach, offering water sports and a good selection of restaurants. The colourful marina and charming Old town of Albufeira along the Fishermen's beach, as well as quality restaurants, pubs and shops, are located within a 5-minute drive. Book now and enjoy all the comforts and conveniences of a home away from home. **If your flights are booked or your dates are fixed and these do not match the changeover day, please send an enquiry to confirm that they can be accepted before making a booking.** Pool Heating will always be an upgrade for your holidays, especially when travelling with children. The temperature of the water when the pool heating is activated will always be between 5ºC and 8ºC higher than if there was no pool heating. Check-in schedule: from 16:00 to 00:00 Check-out schedule: 10:00 Minimum stay is 7 days or multiples of 7 (however this may be flexible in low season) • Changeover day is on Saturday (however this may be flexible in low season) • Breakage Deposit Groups: €250 per person (payable by credit card only) • Booking handling, insurance and archive fee of 2,9% to be added on all payments: deposit/final balance/breakage deposit / airport transfer / extras / excursions. Prices up to 22 people. The 23rd to 26th persons pay an additional rental amount which includes an extra bed (only €154 each, per week) or, in the case of small children (babies/toddlers), a cot (only €21 each, per week). The administration cost for the alteration of dates is €150.***
