Apartment Venice is a lovely 1-bedroom property located on the ground floor of an apartment complex in central Albufeira. Ideal for a family or friends, all essential amenities are within a short walking distance including beautiful sandy beaches, supermarkets, restaurants, and bars. Accommodating 2+2 people, this tastefully furnished apartment has 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, and a bathroom equipped with a generous walk-in shower. A bright and multi-functional space houses the open-plan kitchen, dining area and a comfortable living area with a TV (including international channels). The living room is equipped with air conditioning and free Wi-Fi. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, toaster, kettle and all utensils needed to prepare home cooked meals during your stay. The large patio doors lead onto an inviting garden with sun loungers for soaking up the sun, and a table, chairs and barbecue for enjoying summer meals outdoors. The complex itself has a large communal swimming pool and is surrounded by extensive lawns. With such a central location, all amenities are within a short walk of the apartment including a selection of excellent restaurants, bars, shopping centre, supermarkets, and the nearest beach (Praia do Inatel), all within a short walking distance. Car Hire is not necessary, however if you wish to hire a car, we can help you with your request. Other options of transportation include the local bus the Albufeira “Giro” with several routes around town and local taxis. The changeover day for this property is on Saturday (however, this may be flexible in low season). **If your flights are booked or your dates are fixed and these do not match the changeover day, please send an enquiry to confirm that they can be accepted before making a booking.** Check-in schedule: from 16:00 to 00:00 Check-out schedule: 10:00 Minimum stay is 7 days or multiples of 7 (however this may be flexible in low season) Breakage Deposit Groups: €200 per person (payable by credit card only) Booking handling, insurance and archive fee of 2,9% to be added on all payments: deposit / final balance / breakage deposit / airport transfer / extras / excursions. The administration cost for the alteration of dates is €150.***
