Penthouse Miami is a gorgeous 3 level penthouse apartment with a private swimming pool affording a prime location in the Montechoro area, with breathtaking views and only a 10-minute walk away from the renowned Albufeira Strip. The fantastic 4-suite penthouse is located on the 13th floor (with lift access) and includes free Wi-Fi and air-conditioning in the bedrooms. Three of the four bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms and there is an additional bathroom with a bathtub and service bathroom (WC). The kitchen is modern and fully equipped with everything needed for food preparation, to be enjoyed in the dining area of the phenomenal main living space with full length windows, spiral staircase to the upper floors and incredible views over the city and sea. An additional exterior dining space is provided on the balcony through sliding doors. The fantastic upper terrace has yet another dining area with a barbeque, perfect for entertaining family and friends with an alfresco meal, while overlooking the private swimming pool and enjoying the breath-taking panoramic views of the entire city and the sea beyond. This property is within a beautiful complex with a large outdoor swimming pool, a smaller pool for children and well-kept gardens. Located in the Montechoro area of Albufeira, the penthouse is a short walk from all amenities necessary for your holiday including supermarkets, a selection of restaurants, cafes, shops, bars, and banks. Beautiful sandy beaches are just a short drive away, as well as options for golf, water sports and boat trips. Car hire is not necessary, however if you want to hire a car, we can help you. The changeover day for this property is on Saturday (however, this may be flexible in low season). **If your flights are booked or your dates are fixed and these do not match the changeover day, please send an enquiry to confirm that they can be accepted before making a booking.** Check-in schedule: from 16:00 to 00:00 Check-out schedule: 10:00 Minimum stay is 7 days or multiples of 7 (however this may be flexible in low season) Breakage Deposit Groups: €200 per person (payable by credit card only) Booking handling, insurance and archive fee of 2,9% to be added on all payments: deposit / final balance / breakage deposit / airport transfer / extras / excursions. Prices up to 8 people. The 9th person pays an additional rental amount for an extra bed for either an extra bed (for only €77 each, per week) or, in the case of small children (babies/toddlers), a cot (for only €21 each, per week). The administration cost for the alteration of dates is €150.***
