Pets are welcome for an additional fee of €40, and a tourist tax is charged per person per night for guests aged 18 and over.

The apartment is equipped with a fully functional kitchenette, including a hob, combi oven/microwave, refrigerator, electric coffee maker, toaster, kettle, dishwasher, and even a raclette grill for cozy meals. Additional services, such as sheet and towel rentals, end-of-stay cleaning, and baby bed rentals, are available at extra cost. A deposit of €260 is required upon arrival.
