The house offers comfortable accommodations across two floors. On the ground floor, you'll find two bedrooms with 140 cm double beds, a shower room, and a separate toilet. Upstairs, there is a master bedroom with a double bed, a baby bed, a dressing room, and a solarium-accessible bedroom with a double bed. Additionally, a bedroom with bunk beds and a single bed offers space for more guests. Another separate toilet is also located upstairs.

Optional services include linen rental (bed and towel kits), and a WIFI box rental. A security deposit is required, with payment through the Swikly link provided before arrival. The property is non-smoking and not suitable for PRMs. Additional fees include the tourist tax, and keys are available for pickup at the Citygest agency. Heating charges apply during colder months.
