The apartment is non-smoking, and pets are not allowed. Bed linen and towels are not provided but can be rented for an additional fee. Tourist taxes and a deposit are collected on-site upon arrival.

The apartment is ideally located just 50 meters from the slopes, offering easy access to the popular Forêt Blanche Vars Risoul ski area. After a day on the slopes, guests can enjoy the residence’s swimming pool and spa (subject to availability).
