This independent house is a cozy retreat, offering four bedrooms, including three with 160x200 cm beds and one with a 90x190 cm bed. A small mezzanine above the latter is accessible via a steep miller’s ladder. It is pet-free and includes baby equipment upon request. Sheets and towels are provided, with beds made on arrival. The house features a living room with a pellet stove, TV, and internet access, ensuring comfort and entertainment. Electric heating and a pellet stove are included, along with all utilities.

Located in the peaceful hamlet of Groussey, this house is near the seaside resort of Jullouville, with its large sandy beach just a short walk away. Guests can explore the Bay of Mont St-Michel’s natural beauty and local attractions. The owners, Eric and Valérie, are happy to share tips on the best spots nearby. This tranquil environment guarantees a peaceful and relaxing stay with minimal noise disruption.

The house includes a fully equipped kitchen with a microwave, oven, fridge, freezer, and dishwasher. A shower room with a toilet is located on the ground floor, while an additional bathroom is upstairs. The private garden features a wooden terrace, spa (available May–September), garden furniture, and a gas plancha for outdoor meals. Parking is also available for guests.
