A spacious 25m² south-facing terrace provides a beautiful open view and a perfect spot for relaxation.

Ideally located in the heart of the resort, the apartment offers easy access to the telecenter ski lift, just 70 meters away, and the skier return slope at the foot of the building. The resort center, just 20 meters away, is home to a variety of shops, cafes, and restaurants. Ski lifts and the ESF Grandes Rousses are also easily accessible for guests eager to hit the slopes.

The fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, washing machine, programmable oven, hotplates, and microwave for convenience. The bathroom features a relaxing whirlpool bathtub and WC. A ski locker is available for storing gear, and the apartment also includes a TV (subject to reception). Additional services, such as ski packages, cleaning, and linen, can be booked in advance, while end-of-stay cleaning and tourist tax are not included.
