Bedroom 1 offers a double bed (140 cm), Bedroom 2 has two bunk beds (2x90 cm), and Bedroom 3 includes another double bed (140 cm). The apartment is non-smoking and does not allow pets. A south-facing balcony on the 2nd floor adds a nice touch of relaxation and scenic views.

Located in the heart of the resort, the apartment offers easy access to all resort activities. The telecenter ski lift is just 70 meters away, and the skier return slope is right at the foot of the building (conditions permitting). The resort center, with its vibrant selection of shops, cafes, and restaurants, is only 20 meters away, and the ESF Grandes Rousses ski school is nearby for those looking to refine their skills on the slopes.

The apartment features a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, hotplates, oven, and microwave for convenient meal preparation.
