The studio features a cabin area with 2 bunk beds and a cozy living room with a 2-seater sofa bed and a TV. It is a non-smoking, pet-free apartment, ideal for a small family or group. Bed and bathroom linens are not provided, but disposable sheet kits can be purchased. The tenant is responsible for the household.
The residence is situated approximately ten minutes from the village center, providing a peaceful atmosphere while still being close to key attractions. The free shuttle stop for the "Côte 2000" station is just 200 meters away, and the Colline des Bains toboggan site is a short 200 meters from the property.
