Description

This 25 m² studio is located at the foot of the slopes in Val Claret, just five minutes from the center of the resort. Situated on the second floor of a building with an elevator, the apartment features a south/west-facing balcony offering views of the mountain and ski slopes. The studio can accommodate up to 6 people, with two bench seats in the living room that convert into beds, as well as two fixed bunk beds in the entrance area. The apartment also includes a shower room, separate WC, and a fully equipped kitchen with an oven, refrigerator, and dishwasher.

The residence offers ski lockers for your equipment, and there is a reception office at the nearby Le Curling A residence. Guests can also unload their vehicles in front of the building. Bed linen and towels are included for stays of 4 nights or more, though during the summer months (July-August), linens are not provided and can be rented for €22 per person.

Additional services, such as cleaning and pet accommodation, are available for an extra charge, and tourist taxes apply. The residence and apartment are not accessible to people with reduced mobility, and pets are allowed for a supplement. Note that charging electric vehicles is not permitted unless specified.
